7 steps on how to be happy

1. Always remembered that all problems can be solve
2. Try to pray, and go to mass regularly.
3. Have an indoor or outdoor activities with friends and family.
4. Always have a balance diet and exercise regularly.
5. Be in good hygiene and proper dressing.
6. Be cool and try to do some humoric act.
7. Be friendly and gentle to all.
